She was predeceased by: her husband Preston Edwards, Sr.; her parents, Norwood Downing and Sally Downing; her sons, Robert, Warner and Preston, Jr.; her granddaughters, Tabie Edwards and Tonia Davis; her great grandchildren, Rasheda and Roshawn Edwards; her granddaughter-in-law Beverly Edwards; and her sister Dorothy Downing.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Zachery Edwards, Karen White (Willie), Victoria Horner (Steve), Robert Edwards, Jr. (Shirley) and Monica Hargis; her great grandchildren, LaShanta Edwards, Shenia Corbin (Shawn), Derryck, Darren, Ryan, Tyneika, Taria, De'Janeira, Marcus, Britney, Bre, Monta and Errica; her great great grandchildren, Kanijha, Ja'Mya, Cornik, Aniya and Tyrell; her daughters-in-law, Doris and Helen Edwards; her nieces, Emma, Sharon and Shelia; her goddaughter Tumicka Ayres; and also, D. L., Elsie, Donovan, Jessica and Erica. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
