It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Fuller Webb of Parksley, Virginia, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward R. Fuller III and Betty Jane Crockett; her children, Donovan Webb (Bonnie Webb) of Parksley and Erica Webb (Amy Lewis) of Parksley; her grandson Brendan Blackwelder of Parksley; her niece Lynier Lynton; her nephew Allen Furniss; her husband D. L. Webb; her sister Mildred "Cookie" Lankford; and also, Betty and Rodney Smoot. She was also cherished by her German shepherd); and several great-nephews and great-nieces.
