He is survived by: his sisters, Evelyn Dodge (Bobby), MaryLou Van Newkirk (Bruce) and Terri Hands (Joe); his friend Robin Ford; his nieces and nephews, Lori Sloan, Jennifer Mezzullo, Kimberly Altshuler, Amanda Kamm, Alesandra Welborn, Nicholas Dodge, Allen VanNewkirk, Shaun Gold and Eric Green; and also, Josh, Chuck, Greg, Mary Ford, Colin, Kylie, Kerry, Kacey, Grayson, Hudson, Dylan, Isabella and Brynlee. He is also survived by 15 great nieces and nephews.
