With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Deuter-East (Parksley, Virginia), born in Beatrice, Nebraska, who passed away on November 6, 2021 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Agnes E. Buckholz-Hertzel; her son Harold W. Deuter II (Geralline); and her stepgranddaughter Tricia Smith. She is survived by: her children, Karen Dempsey (Larry G. Conser) of Parksley, Lynn D. Reiss (Donald) of Madison, VA and Thomas J. Deuter (Patsy) of Oak Forest, IL; her stepdaughters, Nancy L. Morgan (Tracy Alford) of Jacksonville, NC, Rebecca Anderson and Dorothy; her grandchildren, Harold "Will" Deuter III (Erica), Karen Deuter II, Randy Reiss (Shannon), Bill Reiss (Arlene), Thomas A. Deuter (Sara), Danielle Bettinardi (Jon), Miranda Kraus (Jamie) and Frank Deuter; her great grandchildren, Harold "Liam" IV, Chloe, Kody, Maddy, Naomi, Adrian, Jonathan and Sophia; and her stepgrandchildren, Paul Eric Tatem and Lindsay Clark (Allen).
