He is survived by: his wife Sandra Parker "Sandy" Baggett; his brother Jerry Baggett (Paulette) of Pittsburgh, PA; his sister-in-law Ruby Baggett of Newport News, VA; his nephews, Mark, Alex, Terry, Timothy and Corky; and his niece Jackie.
