She was predeceased by: her parents, Carroll William Bell and Minnie Shay Evans Bell; and her sister Phyllis Bell Alson. She is survived by: her siblings, Nancy B. Bell (Danny) of Parksley, Ralph Bell of Virginia Beach and David A. Bell of Moyock, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
