He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Henderson Parks and Eva Pruitt Parks; his caregiver Nancy Carroll Parks; his son Clifton Henderson "Cliff" Parks; his siblings, Greg Parks and Janet Yepez; his brother-in-law Reed Walker; and his nephew Chris Parks.
He is survived by: his son Benjamin Reed Parks (Susan); his grandson Nathan Parks of Bristol, VA; his sister-in-law Nancy J. Parks of Parksley; his nephews, TJ and Ryan Yepez; and also Dave Stevens of Bloxom, VA..
