He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleve Willis Baldwin and Laura Ferguson Baldwin; and his siblings, Willis Baldwin, Wiley Baldwin, Howard Baldwin, David Baldwin, Ernest Baldwin, Mary Ellen Hamlett, Grace Bucknam, Ann Lee and Janie Chapman.
He is survived by: his spouse Hallie Simmons Baldwin; his sister Eva Tolbert of Maryland; and his sister-in-law Patsy Price of Pamplin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
