She was predeceased by: her husband Mark Hipps; her parents, Herman Lenford Tolley and Vera Alese Richardson; and her stepfather Frank Lukin Cumby. She is survived by: her cousin Raymond Kress; her children, Randall Hipps (Tess), Todd F. Hipps (Cassandra), Gregory Mark Hipps (Anna) and Kimberly Hipps Kress (Kenneth); her grandchildren, Lukin "Luke", Katelyn, Kendall, Klayton, Gibson and Madelyn; and her close friend Jean Kress (Jennifer Hipps).
