She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Allen Hamlett, Sr.; her parents, Paul Walker Bryant and Elsie Mae Bryant; and her brothers, Jimmy Bryant and Calvin Heath.
She is survived by: her children, Lawrence Allen "Lonny" Hamlett, Jr. (Mary) of Pamplin, Marvin Hamlett (Dana) of Pamplin, Sheila Logan (Duke) of Hardy and Julie Poole (Kenny) of Appomattox; her grandchildren, Bruce Griffin, Jr., Tiffany Wilson (Scott), Cyndal Hamlett (Rasha Callaway), Caleb Hamlett (Kirsten), Jenna Kennedy (Jacob), Johnny Hamlett (Brooke Lester), Sierra Blankenship (Cody), Andrea Logan, Kaitlyn Logan, Lillian Poole and Samuel Poole; her great grandchildren, Jocelyn, Bevy Lou, Colton, Easton, Griffin and Jillian; her siblings, Ray Bryant (Lucille), Bobby Bryant (Marie), Larry Bryant (Denise), Ricky Bryant, Becky Bryant, Mary Woody (Lawrence), Virginia Schmitt and Bettie Ann Moreno; and her sister-in-law Gail Bryant. She is also survived by sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Robinson Funeral Home (667 Court St, Appomattox, VA 24522). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Beale Memorial Presbyterian Church (298 Church St, Pamplin, VA 23958).
