She was predeceased by: her husband Francis B. Sprinkle; and her sons, John Sprinkle, Phillip Sprinkle, Terry Sprinkle and Stephen Sprinkle.

She is survived by: her children, Ann Carr Lee, Patty Miller Jeff, Katie Hamlett Kenneth and Richard Sprinkle; and her siblings, Elsie Harris, Shirley McCluster, Watkins Hamlett and Carter Hamlett. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren.
