She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kozloski and Margaret Kozloski (Dunn). She is survived by: her husband Doug; her daughters, Christina, Becky and Valerie; and her siblings, Karen, Albert and Tommy. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
