We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2020, at the age of 98, Joseph Francis Duffy (Palmyra, Virginia), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Duffy and Elizabeth Lillian Duffy (O'Hare); his wife Ruth A. Duffy (Doherty); and his grandson Michael Skinner, II. He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Janis Duffy; and his children, Joseph Duffy, Jr. (Eileen) of New Hartford, Dawn Cornish of Rome, Royal Duffy (Janis) of Palmyra and Edward Duffy (Paula) of Rome. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
