He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Stockley Elmore, Sr. and Anna Edmonds Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Radmall Elmore; and his daughters, Karen Kay Sherwood (Robert) of Spokane, WA and Laura Lynn Peck (Tom) of Topanga, CA. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
