He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Borkman Krout; his mother Evelyn Mae Naylor Krout of Painter; his daughters, Jennifer Shepard (James) of Harford County, MD and Stefanie Krout (Gray Morgan) of Harford County, MD; his brother Kevin Krout (Terese) of New Jersey; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Malakai, Haydn, Ethan, Gabriella and Juliann.
