She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Isaac Fletcher and Ambert Fletcher; her son William Quincy Fletcher; her husband Upsher Smith; her granddaughters, Centoria Fisher (Immanuel) and LaRhonda Fletcher; her great grandchildren, Emalynn Fisher and Taylor Fisher; her daughter-in-law Betty Fletcher; her daughters, Stephanie Smith and Tricia Smith; her grandchildren, Joshua Smith, Tyler Burrows, Tyrone Giddens, Jr., Alexis Saintphard, Tyquan Giddens, Tiffany Smith, Jasmine Smith and Elijah Smith; and her children, Bishop David Sabatino and Gloria Sabatino.

In February 2002, "Ma Katherine" gave her life to the Lord and joined Foundation of Faith Ministries, where she was set on fire for the Lord.
