Phillips, Sr.; his children, Joy Phillips Zuchel (Joseph) of Painter and Glen Brooks Phillips (Whitney) of Cashville, VA; his brother Hilton "Phil" Phillips of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Josie Zuchel, Jace Zuchel and Talin Phillips.
