He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Stanley C. Spencer and Norma Parks Spencer of Cheriton, VA.; his daughter Kelsie L. Spencer; his grandchildren, Adalynn Spencer and Percy Walbridge; and his brothers, Mark A. Spencer (Denise) of Cape Charles and John W. Spencer of Cape Charles.
