She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Shifflett and Mauda Pearl Morris Shifflett; her husband James Omie Shifflett, Sr.; her children, Melvin Ray Shifflett and Theresa Lynn Shifflett; her great grandchild Kinsley Ann Shifflett; and her brother James "Brother Boy" Shifflett.
She is survived by: her sister Doris Jean "Peggy" Cobb; her children, James Omie Shifflett, Jr., Kenneth Wayne Shifflett (Lisa), Roger Dale Shifflett, Phyllis Ann Sykes (Bobby), Donna Marie Sipe (Ronnie) and Crystal Renee Bare (Hubert); her grandchildren, Kimberly Dawn Jacques, Ashley Elaine Shifflett, Katelyn Nicole Sykes, Christopher Ryan Sipe, Kamryn Lashaun Shifflett, Jessica Lynn Shifflett, Alyssa Nicole Sipe, Kody Aaron Sykes, Damien Chase Shifflett, Caleb Lee Sipe, Alayna Brooke Shifflett, Ethan Cole Sipe, Schoen Falciglia and Hannah Falciglia; and her great grandchildren, Kaden Lane Shifflett, Asher Cole Jacques, Emberlynn Grace Shifflett, Tanner Jack Sipe, Alden Cade Jacques, Adelyn Reece Fleming and Corbin Luke Sipe.
