He was predeceased by: his parents, Deverly Douglas Williams and Annie Alice Williams; his wife Jacqueline Marsh Williams; and his siblings, Edgar H. Williams, Buford D. Williams, Edward H. Williams, James W. Williams, Jane Dawson and Martha Anne Bentley.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Carolyn Jean Hodge of Fredericksburg, Glenda Darlene Clore of Madison and Larry "Moe" Franklin Wilson (Jennifer) of Culpeper; and his close friend Louise Rogers. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, three great-great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Maplewood Cemetery (10115 Spotswood Trail, Gordonsville, VA 22942).
