He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Palmer of New York and James Palmer of New York; and his wife Joyce. He is survived by: his brothers, Jim (Sally) of Catonsville and Bob of Sarasota; his stepchildren, Doug Griffiths (Rachel) of St. Louis and Kim Thoureen (Chris); and his grandchildren, Justin Ralston, Ryan Ralston of Denver, Kerri Ralston (Jeff), Hailey of Gainesville and Hunter of Gainesville.
