She was predeceased by: her mother Dorsey Shifflett; and her sister Doris Ann. She is survived by: her husband Tom Lillard; her children, Jennifer Evans (Jesse), Tommy and James Lillard; her sister Patty Rogers; her niece Ashley Childress (Casey); her niece Samantha Rogers; her son Asher; her brother David Earl Shifflett (Judy); her grandchildren, Christopher, Peter, Julie, Bella Evans and Jacob Lillard; and also Milo. She is also survived by grandmother to her five grandchildren.
