She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Lillard and Ira Leigh Weaver Lillard; her husband Thomas Garcia; her daughter Sherry Hobart; and her siblings, Herbert Lillard, Reuben Lillard and Marylee Lillard Carpenter.
She is survived by: her daughter Sally Hobart Napier (Edward) of Madison; her grandchildren, Angela Rothwell (Stacy) of Richmond, Scott Napier (Joyce) of Chantilly, Jeff "Wolfie" Hensley (Karen) of Unionville, Keith "Chin" Hensley (Stephanie) of Orange and Tammy Hall Eppard (Duane) of Ruckersville; her brother Claude Lillard, Jr. (Virginia) of Madison; and her sister-in-law Charlotte Lillard of Culpeper.
