It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nora Lynn Bell (Orange, Virginia), born in Charlottesville, Virginia, who passed away on December 11, 2019, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Dallas Dean Bell Jr. and Nancy Louise Largen Bell; her fiancé Mike W. Norford; her goddaughters, Emma Shelton of Louisa and Abigail Cochran of Louisa; her brothers, Dallas Dean Bell III (Leila) of Orange, Mark Elliott Pritchett and Richardsville; her nephews, Nicholas Leeman Bell and Patrick D. McPeak; her niece Brianna Marie Pritchett; her cousin Nene Foley-Libby; her nieces and nephews, Celica Cowan and Nolan Cowan; and her close friend Scott Cochran.
