He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hale and Grace Hale; and his brother Tivis Hale. He is survived by: his wife Doris Hale; his sons, Garry Hale (Debbie) of Orange, VA, Terry Hale (Sibyl) of Charlottesville, VA and Darrell Hale of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Cory Hale, Taylor Hale, Clint Hale, Katie Bowers, Travis Hale and Dylan Hale; his great grandchild Ryder Hale; and his siblings, Emory, Jim, Larry Hale, Beatrice Baier, Maudine Cooper and Shelby Deskins.
