She is survived by: her husband Edwin Smith; her children, Heather Crissman, LaDawn Hill (Wes) and Steven Fink; her stepsons, Jason Smith and Matthew Smith; her grandchildren, Hunter Forbes, Haylee Hill, Aubree Hill and Brantley Hill; her sisters, Kristi Sipes (Ray), Cheri Dukett (Ken), Vicki Wegman and Arlene Carlisle; and her pet Dex. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, and numerous friends.
