She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter and Virginia Newman Early; and her husband Lewis Samuel Payne. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Lynn Payne (Dolores) of Zebulon and James Glynn Payne (Kim) of Clarksburg; and her grandchild Kristyna Payne Gibson. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
