It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jorja Rai Billings of Orange, Virginia, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Brooke Lynn Snyder; her parents, Raymond Lilly and Joann Lilly; and her brother David Lilly. She is survived by: her husband Ervin Billings; and her grandchildren, Jason Brown Jr., Dylan Brown, Evan Snyder, Taite Brown, Azarah Caplinger, Tyland Caplinger, Brianna Caplinger, Maleah Brown, Chase Brown, Isaiah Snyder, Charlee Brown, Harmony Snyder, Denton Brown and Easton Leo Snyder.
