He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Leo Rollins and Martha Weaver Rollins; and his brother Jerry Lee Rollins. He is survived by: his siblings, James "Jimmy" Rollins, Jackie Rollins, Joyce Barnes (Harry), Janet Hall (T. C.), Linda Gibson and Vickie Barden (Oscar).
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Preddy Funeral Home Chapel (250 W Main St, Orange, VA 22960). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
