He is survived by: his children, Michael Breeden of Unionville, VA, Arline Rupard of Rapidan, VA and Derak Rupard of Rapidan, VA; his grandchildren, Dakota Breeden, Mason Breeden, Taylor Rupard, Tony Kratochvil, Joey Kratochvil, Sean Rupard and Angel Rupard; and his siblings, Irma Gallahugh of Dublin, VA, Ralph Rupard of Locust Grove, VA, Betty Combs of Culpeper, VA and Teresa Pologruto of Rixeyville, VA..

To be proactively safe, the family has requested that those in attendance at the funeral home please wear a mask while inside for visitation and funeral service inside only. Jerry's funeral service and interment will be held privately.
