She was predeceased by: her parents, Abel Oliver and Mary Oliver (Mendes). She is survived by: her sons, Gary Rice (Donna), Jeffery Rice and Harold Phillips, Jr. (Jeanie); her grandchildren, Chris, Jessica Rice, Michele, Jeremiah Baty, Erica Rice, Dan Paisley, Zachary, Angela Phillips and Rachel Phillips; and her great grandchildren, McKenzie Baty, Molly, Maddox Phillips, Elijah Rice, Richey and Riley Kight.
