He is survived by: his wife Hazel L. Goodwin; his stepchildren, Marilyn Soucy, William R. Leber Jr. and Bobbie E. Leber; his sisters, Sara Matthews (Bob), Sylvia Boston, Connie Whitcomb and Virginia Haney (Randy); his nieces, Mary Ann Goodwin and Virginia Strong; and his nephew Phillip Goodwin Jr.. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
