She is survived by: her children, Aleca DeWater (Bernie), Melinda Walge, Karen Hawkins (Russell), Robin Coppa (Gary), Alvin Brinkley (Brenda), Clinton Brinkley and Ronnie Brinkley (Pam); and her siblings, Don Carter, Darlene Wooddell and Maxine Roberts. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
