He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edwin Bradt and Mary Lohr Bradt Richards; his wife Joyce Thurman Bradt; his siblings, Herman Richards, Genevieve Pritchett and Sophie Carpenter; and his sons-in-law, Allen Lettner and Robert Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Lettner of Louisa, Valerie Crickenberger (John) of Orange, Bonnie Jackson of Louisa, Tracy Cameron (Stewart) of Mineral and David Bradt (Vicky); his sister Elsie B. Clark of Orange; and his half-brother Doug Richards (Carla) of Orange. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
