He is survived by: his wife Rosa Lee Jackson Chandler; his children, Jeffrey Williams (Nila), Kelvin Chandler (Tanielle) and LaWanda Monterroso (Marvin); and his siblings, Elnor Tonge (Francis), Jerry (Vanny), Cecilia (Ann) and Carl Chandler (Yolanda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
