He is survived by: his sons, Michael Alan, Roger Lee and Steven Dale Smuthers; his grandson Grayson Tyler; his daughter-in-law Jessica Lee Smuthers of Orange; and his stepgrandchildren, Amber Michelle Lee and Robert Samuel Lee.
