He is survived by: his wife Marian White Washington of Orange; his children, Lorraine Washington of Fairfax, Valerie Washington of Orange, Madeline Washington of Orange, Jean Thomas of Warrenton, Loretta Malson of Orange, Shalander Washington of Bealton, Michael Washington of Orange and Eugene V. Washington III of Madison; his stepsons, Lenny Wright of Woodbridge and Walter Wright of Charlotte; and his siblings, Lawrence Washington of Culpeper and Shirley Bolden of Madison. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren.
