He is survived by: his wife Clara Collier Morton of Barboursville; his children, Adrian Smith of Charlottesville and Charlie H. Morton Jr. (Sue) of Stanardsville; his stepsons, Bruce Collier of Ruckersville and Thomas Mouberry (Debbie) of Orange; and his siblings, Lillian Phillips (D. C.) of Washington, David Williams (Paulette) of Rochelle and Charles Brooks (Martha) of Winchester. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
