She was predeceased by: her parents, James Moonen and Ida Moonen; her sister Carolyn Kay "Sissy" Rodgers; and her children, Darlene Kay Burcham and Gary Wayne Sorrells.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Clayton Sorrells; her grandson James Lee Sorrells; and her nephew David (Charlotte Rodgers).
