She is survived by: her husband Walter Phelps; her siblings, Nancy Raynes and David George Dolin; and her children, Barbara Jean Davis, Seth Dolin Phelps, Eugene Bentley Phelps and Brian Curtis Phelps. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
