She was predeceased by: her parents, Aris Balanian and Alice Balanian; and her brother Berge Balanian. She is survived by: her husband Garbis Garboushian of Orange County; her sister-in-law Christine Balanian of Waimes; her brother Asbet Balanian (Nayiri) of Philadelphia; her sons, Ralph (Erin Friel) of Washington and Eric; her grandchildren, Mitchell and Jilliana of Syracuse; her nephews, Aris Balanian and Boghos Balanian; her niece Sona Iliffe-Moon; and her close friends, Kathy Schrader and Seta Balian.
