He is survived by: his wife Pamela; his children, Johnny (Tammy), Tommy (Marge), Ronnie (Melanie), Brian (Leah) and Adam; and his stepchildren, Kevin (Amelia), Braidy (Peggy), Andy (Jenn), Julie (Randy) and Amanda. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
