He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas David Seal and Mary Elsie Donald Seal; and his siblings, Kennon David Seal, Martha Marks and Violet Batman.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Colvin Seal of Orange; his children, Debra Houchens of Charlottesville and Thomas Seal (Amanda) of Orange; his stepson Jerry Herndon of Orange; and his close friends, Darrel Williams and Wallace Easton. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Preddy Funeral Chapel (250 W Main St, Orange, VA 22960). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
