He is survived by: his wife Debbie Dodson Bell of Orange; his children, Cyndi Hartman, Anthony Young Bell of Orange and Marc Graham Bell of Orange; his sisters, Marie Payne of Charlottesville and Ruth Thomas of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Zachary D. Bell, Jonathon S. Lloyd, Dakota M. Bell, Wadee M. Abudhaim and Hamzah M. Abudhaim. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
