He was predeceased by: his parents, Albanus Phillips, Jr. and Anita Spedden Phillips; his brother Douglas Phillips; his daughter Ashley Phillips; his sister Anita Kreeger; and his son-in-law Ryan Minor.
He is survived by: his wife Faye Phillips; his daughter Allyson Spedden Minor; his granddaughters, Reagan and Finley Minor; his stepson Dean Alan Hitchens; his stepgrandchildren, Hunter, Lauren, Grant and Dereck Hitchens; his nephews, Andy Kreeger and Chris Kreeger (Norma); and his great-nephew Wes Kreeger.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion United Methodist Church (612 Locust St, Cambridge, MD 21613). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
