He is survived by: his wife Peggy Guthrie Spohn; his children, Derek Spohn of Norfolk, VA, Elizabeth Spohn of Virginia Beach, VA and Shari Buchanan (Devin) of Illinois; his sister Nora Humphrey of Sharon, PA; and his grandchildren, Nova, Declan, Damien, Kaylee Buchanan and Anastasia Spohn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
