He is survived by: his children, Phillip Eugene Lucy (Lindsey) of Chesterfield and Crystal Marie Chuquín (Nick) of Bobtown, VA; his sisters, Barbara Johnson (Jamie) of Richmond, VA and Patricia Gentry (Charles) of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Liam, Landon and Parker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
