It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivan Earl Cummings of Onley, Virginia, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Bonferlon Cummings; and his daughter Monica Bagwell. He is survived by: his wife Annmarie Vaughn "Ann" Cummings; his mother Janice Canady Oxendine of Southport, NC; his children, Benjamin Joynes (Jackie) of New London, CT, Ivan E. Cummings, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA, Katherine Faye "Katie" Tatum of Salisbury, MD, Ashley Nicole Padgett of North Carolina, Courtney Marie Hart (Dereck) of Keller, VA, Jonathan Ralph Cummings (Erica) of Parksley, VA and Ivania Renee Cummings of Onley; his siblings, Jerolyn "Mamie" Schaffer (Cliff) and Ferlon "Ray" Cummings; his grandchildren, Antonio, Eli, William, Bryan, Tyler, Katelyn, Brayden of Aniyah, MJ, Nevaeh, Ashton, Buddy, Ethan, Leah, Melody and Joseph; and his pets, Bud, Scrappy and Angel. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
