With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Simpson (Onley, Virginia), born in Nelsonia, Virginia, who passed away on October 18, 2019 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert S. Stroud and Katheryne Butler Stroud; and her sons, John Roy Simpson, Jr. and Ronald Wayne Simpson. She is survived by: her daughters, Bonnie White of Accomac, VA and Connie Doughty of Onancock, VA; and her grandchildren, Tonya of Tiffany, J. J., James and Dawson. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
