He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold O'Brien and Eleanor Droneburg O'Brien. He is survived by: his wife Susan O'Brien; his children, Laura O'Brien Bingler (Billy) of Knightdale, NC, Michael O'Brien (Jennifer) of Hallwood and Roy Fowler (Mary) of Milton, DE; his sisters, Ellen Brendle (Tom) of Frederick, MD and Marsha Smith of Dover, DE; and his grandchildren, Charlotte, Dean and Olivia Bingler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
